Shahar Sery

Shahar Sery started their work experience in 1997 at CallManage as a Technical Implementation Specialist. In 2001, they joined iMDsoft as a Database Administrator before moving up to the role of Vice President, R&D and Product Management from 2003 to 2010. Shahar then became the Senior Vice President of Professional Services from 2010 to 2014, where they successfully managed various operations and strategic accounts. In 2015, Shahar became the Chief Operating Officer, overseeing global professional services, product strategy, business development, and marketing activities at iMDsoft. Currently, they hold the position of Executive Vice President, responsible for establishing iMDsoft's product vision and roadmap, as well as implementation and support services.

Shahar Sery completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Computer Science at Queens College from 1995 to 1999. Later, in 2009-2010, they pursued an Executive Master of Business Administration (eMBA) at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
