Anurag Vohra

Anurag Vohra has over 9 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. Anurag is currently working at imec as the R&D Team Lead GaN Epitaxy since July 2023. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Researcher GaN Epitaxy from September 2022 to June 2023 and as a Researcher GaN Epitaxy from January 2020 to August 2022. Anurag also worked as a PhD student at imec from January 2016 to August 2020.

Before joining imec, Anurag worked at NXP Semiconductors as an RF Characterization Engineer from September 2014 to December 2015. Anurag had previously interned at NXP Semiconductors from August 2013 to April 2014.

Anurag's professional experience also includes a role as a Research Assistant at Fraunhofer ENAS from April 2012 to July 2013.

Anurag Vohra completed their education chronologically as follows:

- From 2016 to 2020, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Physics at KU Leuven.

- Between 2011 and 2014, they obtained a Master's degree in Micro and Nano Systems from Technische Universität Chemnitz.

- From 2005 to 2009, Anurag Vohra completed their b.tech degree in Electronics and Communication at Punjab Technical University.
