Subhali Subhechha

Subhali Subhechha is an accomplished professional in the field of Electrical and Electronics Engineering with extensive experience at imec since June 2014, where roles have included Team Lead for Memory Devices and Senior Researcher in Active Memory. Notable achievements include the development of analytic Monte-Carlo models for non-filamentary Resistive RAM and investigating retention and endurance in complex material systems. Subhali has also held instructional positions, such as an instructor for VLSI Design at HP Education Services, and contributed to significant projects like India's first nanosatellite, Jugnu. Subhali's academic background includes a PhD from KU Leuven and a dual degree (B.Tech-M.Tech) in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
