Tijs Wilbrink

Tijs Wilbrink has a strong background in strategy and business development, with experience in various industries. Tijs is currently working as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at imec since October 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Kwartiermaker Energie en Duurzaamheid at Nederlandse AI Coalitie | NL AIC from August 2019 to October 2020. From January 2015 to October 2020, Tijs was the Program Director of Digitalization at Topsector Energie, where they focused on infusing digital technologies into the Dutch energy infrastructure. Tijs also held positions at Moneyou, Vattenfall, ABN AMRO Bank, and IBM, where they were involved in innovation, business development, and strategy planning.

Tijs Wilbrink holds a MSc in Technology Commercialization from the Texas McCombs School of Business, where they specialized in High Tech Entrepreneurship. Tijs also completed a degree in Mechnical Engineering in Product Development at De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences.
