Diogo Rossi

Diogo Rossi is an experienced specialist in innovation, currently working at Imed Group Brasil since September 2018, where responsibilities include developing and overseeing improvement projects using PMBOK, Agile, and Lean Health Care methodologies. Previous roles include Lean Practitioner and Production Coordinator at Qualyprint Industria E Comercio, focusing on performance improvement, as well as Production Engineer in Operational Excellence at Voith GmbH, where various productivity improvement tools were implemented. Diogo Rossi has a solid background in continuous improvement programs from tenure at Navistar Mercosur, where initiatives such as Kaizen and 5S were recognized company-wide. Diogo Rossi holds a degree in Production Engineering from FEI and an MBA in Business Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
