Lindsay Decker, PHR, SHRM-PMQ, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner 2 at IMEG since June 2024, Lindsay previously held roles including Human Resources Manager and Coordinator at IMEG, where responsibilities included implementing relationship-building initiatives and coordinating legal compliance in HR practices. Prior HR management experience includes overseeing HR functions for Steeler, Inc., managing recruitment and injury claims across multiple locations, along with earlier roles in staffing and operations management at various workplaces. Educational qualifications include a Human Resources Management Certification from Bellevue College and a diploma in Theatre Arts and Production from River Ridge High School.
