Ryan Whalen

Ryan Whalen is a skilled engineer with a strong background in structural engineering, having earned a Bachelor of Science and Engineering degree from the University of Iowa. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at IMEG since March 2022, Ryan has progressed through various roles including Structural Design Engineer III and IV. Prior experience includes a position as a Construction Engineer at Baxter & Woodman from June 2020 to March 2022, and a Teaching Assistant at the University of Iowa's College of Engineering, focusing on courses such as Dynamics and Mechanics of Deformable Bodies. Additionally, Ryan has gained practical experience through civil engineering internships at Lake County and WHKS & Co, and a research assistant role at IIHR—Hydroscience & Engineering.
