Tehya Pavelka

Tehya Pavelka is an experienced medical equipment planner currently working at IMEG since June 2023. Prior to this role, Tehya served as a clinical engineer at Va North Texas Healthcare System from August 2021 to May 2023. Tehya's academic background includes a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University. Relevant research experience includes projects such as developing a mock vascular system at Texas Tech's Mechanical Engineering Bio-Design Lab and creating nanoparticle liposomes for cancer immunotherapy at the Translational Research Institute Australia. Tehya also contributed to undergraduate education as a teaching assistant and served as an ambassador for the Texas Tech University Honors College, engaging with prospective students and their families.
