Peter Casey

Peter Casey is an experienced operations and production manager with a strong background in the manufacturing and printing industries. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Imerys in Matauri Bay, NZ since September 2021, and as Director of Imerys Ceramics New Zealand since May 2023, Peter has demonstrated exceptional leadership. Prior to these roles, Peter worked at Golden Bay Cement as Shift Manager, where the focus was on improving operations, and gained valuable experience at Carter Holt Harvey Woodproducts in a manufacturing team lead capacity. Peter's early career included significant roles at APN News & Media LTD and Fairfax Media as Press Manager, where Peter led production at one of the largest newspaper press sites in the nation. Peter holds a degree in Web Offset Printing from Auckland University of Technology, enhancing expertise in the printing field.
