Adrian Sobiesiak

Adrian Sobiesiak has a diverse work experience that spans several companies and roles. Adrian is currently the Operations Director at IMG ARENA, where they oversee the development and management of a global data collection network for live sports data. Their responsibilities include recruiting and training data collectors, ensuring data quality and integrity, and supporting business growth through expansion into new geographies and sports. Prior to this role, Adrian worked as a Project Manager at IMG ARENA and FlightScope, where they successfully managed projects and events. Adrian also served as an Assistant to the Director at BYTOM S.A. and as a Quality Assurance Lead at Alchemia S.A. Overall, Adrian has a strong background in project management, operations, and data collection in the sports industry.

Adrian Sobiesiak completed their education at The Silesian University of Technology. From 2013 to 2016, they pursued their Bachelor of Engineering degree in the Faculty of Materials Engineering. Following this, they continued their academic journey from 2017 to 2018 at the same university, obtaining a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in the same field of study. Additionally, in 2015, they had a brief study experience at Pamukkale Üniversitesi (PAÜ) in the Machine and Manufacturing Engineering Department.

Furthermore, Adrian Sobiesiak has acquired additional certifications. In December 2020, they achieved the AgilePM® Foundation certification from APMG International. In June 2016, they obtained the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System covering Design and Manufacturing training for Auditor certification, offered by Politechnika Śląska w Gliwicach.
