Sofia Rubin

Sofia Rubin has a diverse work experience in the film and media industry. Sofia started their career as a Barista at Peet's Coffee in 2021. Sofia then worked as a Writer/Director for the "Body God" Advanced Directing Short from September 2021 to June 2022. Sofia also served as a Film Equipment Guru at Northwestern University School of Communication from June 2021 to August 2022.

In 2022, Sofia held multiple roles including being an Editor/Social Media Coordinator for Sherman Ave, a Freelance Filmmaker, and a Production Assistant at TRIBE. Sofia also worked on two film projects, serving as a Camera Utilities for the "Savage Lands" Feature Film and a Costume Designer for the "Dear TC, Please Love Me" Short Film.

In 2023, Sofia joined IMGN Media as a Junior Video Producer. Their previous experience and skills will likely contribute to their success in this new role.

Sofia Rubin obtained their Bachelor's degree in Radio/Television/Film and Spanish from Northwestern University from 2018 to 2022. Prior to that, they received their High School Diploma from The Kew-Forest School from 2014 to 2018. Sofia also holds a Certificate in Filmmaking/Directing, which they completed at the New York Film Academy from 2013 to 2017.
