Lauren Parton is an experienced account manager and beverage expert, currently serving as an Account Manager and IMI Mixologist at IMI Agency since January 2022. With a diverse background in the hospitality and beverage industries, Lauren has held positions such as General Manager and Beverage Director at Viceroy Hotel Group and Operations Manager at Starbucks Roastery. Lauren founded LP Libations in 2011, focusing on traveling libations, and has also worked as a Sommelier, Bar Manager, and Chef de Cuisine in various establishments. Lauren holds an Associate degree in Culinary Arts from the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago and a BA in Business Administration from Judson University.
