IT Specialist

In this role, you will…

• Manage IT Help Desk tickets at both sites in a timely manner
• Report to IT Director in Franklin, TN with dotted line to onsite GM.
• Respond to customer issues via ticketing system, phone, email and Teams’ chats
• Coordinate with Managed Service Provider when needed.
• Employee onboarding & offboarding.
• Escalate issues to the next tier depending on level of difficulty
• Install, make changes and repair computer hardware and software
• Follow-up with customers to ensure issues are resolved
• Deploy laptops, tablets, monitors, etc.

• Microsoft 365
• Microsoft Office Suite
• AutoDesk Product Support
• Aruba Network
• SonicWall Firewalls

We’re excited about you because…

• 2+ years of experience working in a help desk environment
• Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office Suite & Microsoft 365
• Excellent oral communication skills
• Detail oriented in order to keep detailed notes on tickets
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic computer technical issues
