Rustam Amerkhanov

Capacity Building and Knowledge Base Coordinator at iMMAP

Rustam is in charge of identifying the required training to improve projects' performance in Yemen. He coordinates the development of a platform to store all training materials and tools, facilitates training curriculum design, regularly updates the capacity strengthening work plan, follows up with partners to identify training needs, and conducts follow-up and mentoring visits to organizations requiring additional support.

His past work experience includes Partnership Program Manager for Mercy Corps Syria, based in Jordan, Project Coordinator for the Ebola response for the International Rescue Committee (IRC) in Liberia, Civil Society Development Program Manager for IRC in Russia, and Capacity Building Manager for IRC in Russia.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Foreign languages from the Chechen State University in Grozny, Russia.
