Matt Poole has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Matt most recently served as the Chief Product Officer at Immediate Media Co, where they oversaw product design and software engineering teams to enhance user experiences. Prior to this, they held roles such as Digital Delivery Director at Holland & Barrett, Digital Director at McKesson Europe AG, and Director of Digital Product and Customer Experience at Boots UK. In their earlier career, they also served as Digital Channels Director and Customer Delivery Director at Ladbrokes. Additionally, they have been the CEO at Sportium Apuestas Deportivas S.A. and held positions at Ladbrokes, PwC, and McKesson Europe AG. Throughout their career, Matt has demonstrated expertise in digital transformation, omnichannel strategies, and leading multidisciplinary teams.
Matt Poole attended The University of Salford from 1995 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Business Management with Finance. Matt also obtained additional certifications, including an Executive Education Programme from London Business School and membership in the Association of Chartered Accountants from ICAEW in 2001.
