Patti Rain Wiffin

Patti Rain-Wiffin has a wealth of experience in the human resources field. Patti began their career in 1988 as a Sales Administrator/PA for Digital Equipment Corporation. In 1992, they moved to Montgomery Watson Ltd as an Executive PA. In 1995, they joined EMC (Documentum) as a Human Resources Professional. In 2000, they were HR Manager, EMEA for Interwoven Inc. From 2008 to 2017, they were Director, Global Human Resources for Alfresco Software Ltd. During this time, they provided guidance and managed the overall provision of Human Resources services to employees worldwide. From 2017 to 2019, they were Human Resources Consultant for acambah and Interim Head of People for Immense. In 2019, they joined Owl + Lark | Driven by Sleep as an Advisory Board - People, where they act as a Trusted Advisor to the Leadership team to coach and build all aspects of their “People” agenda.

Patti Rain-Wiffin has completed the Master Coach Certification Training from Master Coach in June 2017. Patti is currently enrolled in the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
