Phil Trease has extensive work experience in various roles and positions.

Phil worked at Immerse as the Head of Customer Success and Solutions Manager between 2017 and the present.

Prior to that, they were with Cisco from 2014 to 2017. At Cisco, they held several roles, including Virtual and Augmented Reality program management, R&D, and strategy, UX Lead, and Product Owner & Lead UX Designer. In their role with Cisco, they were responsible for managing the design and build of immersive social applications. Phil also presented and promoted immersive technologies, conducted user experience research and design, and led customer workshops and requirements elicitation.

Before joining Cisco, Phil worked at aap3 as a Consultant from 2007 to 2008, where they delivered key strategic account planning and marketing analytics projects.

Phil also worked at Living Things Media Technologies as a Consultant & owner from 2002 to 2007, and at Granada as a Frontend Developer from 1999 to 2001.
