Ryan Tropf has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Ryan started their career at Best Buy in 2002, where they held various roles such as Sales Associate, Media Senior, Media Supervisor, SWAT, Product Specialist, Loss Prevention, and Media Sales Associate. Ryan then became the Hiring & Training Coordinator, responsible for staffing and training store associates. In 2007, when Best Buy received an Apple Shop, they became the store's "Apple Expert," providing solutions to customers' technical problems and training employees on the Apple brand.

In 2008, Ryan joined Apple Retail as an Apple Solutions Consultant, assisting customers with buying decisions and hosting training seminars on Apple products and software. Ryan also played a role in training new hires.

In 2011, they co-founded Orange Tech Services, a company that provided technology consultation, computer repair, and improvement services.

Finally, in 2012, Ryan co-founded Immersed Games and became the Director of HR & Operations.
