James Lapina has worked in various roles since 1994. James began their career as a Functional Analyst at Teksouth Corporation, where they worked until 2007. James then moved to Bearing Point as a Functional Analyst, where they were responsible for providing application and standard Air Force accounting training, managing user accounts, and acting as a command liaison. In 2008, they moved to S&K Aerospace as a Business Systems Analyst. In 2015, they returned to Teksouth Corporation as an FM Tools Developer, providing support using the Microsoft Office Suite development activities for the Air Force Reserve Command. In 2017, they moved to CHO!SYS as a Senior Helpdesk Technician. In 2018, they moved to Choisys Technology Inc. as a Help Desk Manager, managing the help desk support activities of six employees for Air Force and Air Force Reserve Command Systems. Finally, in 2019, they moved to DMI (Digital Management, LLC) as a Project Lead and Help Desk Manger, managing the help desk support activities of six employees for Air Force and Air Force Reserve Command Systems. In 2020, they moved to Immersion Consulting as a Project Lead.
James Lapina attended Columbia College from 1985 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General. James then attended the Community College of the Air Force from 1971 to 1993, where they earned an Associate in Applied Sciences in Finance and Financial Management Services. Finally, they attended the University of South Carolina from 1974 to 1976, where they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General.
