Daniel Kraft

Daniel Kraft has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Daniel is the founder of Moinland, a community of founders that coaches and supports aspiring leaders. Daniel is also a member of the Founder Mental Health Pledge, a coalition promoting mental healthcare for startup founders. Daniel is the co-founder of Hightech Inkubator Oldenburg, an organization that accelerates AI startups in the city of Oldenburg. Daniel has served as a founder coach for Immersion, a neuroscience platform that measures and predicts emotional preferences. Daniel has been a shareholder and advisor for netmedianer GmbH, a company specializing in digital transformation and change management. Daniel has held the position of VP Product & Strategy at Limeade, a well-being and engagement solutions provider. Prior to that, they were the CEO of Sitrion, a leading employee app company. Daniel also founded ifridge & Company, a startup support firm, and served as CEO of RedDot Solutions, a leading provider of Enterprise Content Management systems. Daniel began their career as an Associate Director at Commerzbank AG.
