Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Military Economics and Management at Trident University International, where they completed their degree between 2002 and 2007. Additionally, Tom pursued further education at the United States Army War College, where they obtained a Master of Strategic Studies in 2016.
