Amie Barnes

Amie Barnes is an experienced designer with a strong background in industrial and product design. Currently serving as a Senior Designer at IMMI since May 2016, Amie focuses on creating promotional materials and driving safety innovations through collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Previously, Amie held the role of Industrial Designer at IMMI where the emphasis was on conceptualizing and developing life-saving products. Amie's experience also includes a position as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Purdue University, an Industrial Design Intern at GE Appliances, and various roles that combined design with marketing and education. Amie holds a Master of Fine Arts in Industrial and Product Design from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Indiana University Kokomo.
