Shadi Aljendi is an experienced educator and technology professional with a strong background in instructional design and online learning systems. Currently serving as an Online Support Technician at the Immigrant Services Association of Nova Scotia, Shadi specializes in developing tools and plugins for Moodle and online training solutions.
