Tashi Yangtso

Tashi Yangtso has extensive experience in social services, currently serving as a Settlement Counsellor at the Immigration Services Association of Nova Scotia since September 2018, and previously worked as a Coordinator for the Seniors Program at Immigrant Services Association of Nova Scotia from November 2017 to March 2018. Tashi's background in dementia care includes a position as a Dementia Caregiver at the Alzheimer's and Related Disorders Society of India, Kolkata Chapter, from July 2011 to March 2013. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Dalhousie University (2015-2017), a Certificate in Dementia Studies from the University of Stirling (2012-2013), a Diploma in Gerontology and Age Management from the University of Calcutta (2010-2011), and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Madras (2007-2010).
