Joanna also undertook various professional development courses at RBC (Bank), focusing on Administration, Interpersonal Communications, Marketing, CRM, AML, KYC, CDD. Additionally, they pursued certificate programs at UBC, BCIT, and Capilano University, specializing in Business, Business Law, Business English, and Psychology.
