Anna Pestalozza

Anna Pestalozza is a seasoned service designer currently employed at Immigratie- en Naturalisatiedienst (IND) since November 2025. Previously, Anna held several roles at adidas from October 2017 to November 2025, including Senior Service Designer and Senior Strategic Designer, focusing on optimizing digital sales development and experience design through consumer insights. Anna co-founded UX PILLS, providing tailored workshops on user experience design, and has engaged in various roles, such as Strategic Designer at Huddle and Human-centred Designer at The Boston Consulting Group. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Industrial Design Engineering from Delft University of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree from Politecnico di Milano, along with a d.MBA completed in April 2024. Anna’s diverse background encompasses both practical design applications and academic lecturing in user experience and design research.
