Ciara Lee is a Member of the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada, serving as an adjudicator in the Refugee Protection Division since September 2018. Prior to this role, Ciara worked as a Policy Consultant with the UNDP from January 2014 to August 2018, focusing on responsive and accountable institutions within the Governance and Peacebuilding Cluster.
