Lauren Gamble is an experienced adjudicator with a focus on refugee protection and appeal processes, currently serving at the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada since February 2016. Prior to this role, Lauren worked at the Canada Border Services Agency as a Hearings Officer from November 2011 to February 2016, where responsibilities included intervening in refugee claims and presenting cases before the Immigration and Refugee Board. Earlier legal experience includes a position as a Student-at-Law at Pallett Valo LLP and a legal internship at UNHCR. Lauren holds an LL.M. in International Law from the University of Toronto, a J.D. from Western University, and a B.A. in History from Western University.
