Shahem Tarawneh

Shahem Tarawneh has a background in finance and operations management, with experience working in various roles in different organizations. In their current role as Manager - Finance and Operations at the Immigration Center for Women and Children, they are responsible for ensuring the smooth financial and operational processes of the organization. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Associate at Chemonics International, focusing on operations, finance, and compliance for a USAID project. Shahem also served as an Assistant Project Coordinator at interdisciplinary research consultants, contributing to a United Nations project focused on Kuwaiti female entrepreneurs and employees. They graduated from Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
