Immobel
Thomas Pouppez currently serves as Senior Legal Counsel at Immobel, specializing in real estate, corporate law, and mergers and acquisitions since November 2021. Prior to this role, Thomas held positions at Strelia from October 2013 to September 2021, including Legal Counsel, and previously as Associate and Junior Associate, focusing on corporate and M&A matters. Additional experience includes a teaching assistantship at Université libre de Bruxelles from October 2012 to December 2019 and a Junior Associate position at Allen & Overy from September 2011 to September 2013, with a focus on corporate and banking law. Thomas holds multiple law degrees and postgraduate qualifications, including a Master of Laws from the University of Amsterdam and a Postgraduate Degree in Corporate Finance from KU Leuven.
