Christina R. has a diverse work experience. Christina started in 2014 as a Human Resources/Administrative Coordinator at DREAM (formerly Harlem RBI), where they worked until 2017. From 2017 to 2021, Christina held various roles at CREO Syndicate, including Operations Manager, Executive Assistant to the CEO, and Office Manager. In 2021, they became an Accountant at a non-profit organization, where they worked until 2023 when they took on the role of Director of Finance and Operations at ImmSchools.

Christina R. has an Associate's degree in Business Administration-Accounting/Computer Applications from The College of Westchester. Christina also holds a Certificate in Advanced Not-for-Profit Accounting & Reporting from Manhattan College. Currently, Christina is pursuing a Certificate in Nonprofit Financial Stewardship: Concepts and Techniques for Strategic Management at Harvard University, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
