Roya Nawabi

Roya Nawabi has over twenty years of experience in the clinical operations and research field. Roya began their career in 2000 as a Clinical Trial Coordinator at Artemis Medical. In 2002, they moved to PRA International as a Clinical Research Associate. In 2004, they joined Ingenix as a Senior Clinical Research Associate. In 2005, they were hired as a Global Studies Manager at Genentech. In 2011, they became a Clinical Program Manager at Geron. In 2014, they were hired as a Senior Clinical Program Manager at Astex Pharmaceuticals. In 2016, they were hired as an Associate Director of Clinical Operations at Allakos Inc. In 2017, they joined Protagonist Therapeutics as an Executive Director of Clinical Operations, later becoming a Senior Director and then a Director. In 2022, they were hired as the Vice President and Head of Clinical Operations at Immune-Onc Therapeutics.

Roya Nawabi obtained their MBA in Management from the University of Phoenix in 2002 and their BS in Health Science from the University of Utah in 2000.
