Bret Glass has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Bret is currently working at ImmunoGen, Inc. as the Executive Director for Pricing, Contracting, and Market Access Strategy. Prior to their current role, Bret held the position of Senior Director in the same department at ImmunoGen. Bret also held various roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb, including Senior Manager of Value Marketing, Associate Director of Hematology Payer Marketing, Associate Director of Immuno-Oncology Payer Marketing for Melanoma, and Associate Director of Market Access Strategy for Oncology. Prior to their time at Bristol-Myers Squibb, Bret worked at Campbell Alliance, where they held several positions, including Practice Executive, Associate Practice Executive, Senior Consultant, Consultant, and Analyst.

Bret Glass has a diverse education history. In 1998, they began their undergraduate studies at the University of Delaware, majoring in Animal Science with a Pre-Veterinary Concentration. Bret completed their Bachelor of Science degree in 2002. Following their undergraduate studies, in 2005, Bret pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, specializing in Pharmaceutical Business. Bret successfully obtained their MBA degree in 2007. Additionally, in 2018, Bret attended The Wharton School for Executive Education, where they completed a program in Leading and Managing People. In terms of certifications, Bret obtained an Executive Negotiation Workshop certification from Wharton Executive Education in 2023.
