William Miller

William Miller has extensive experience in the legal field, with a focus on corporate law and business transactions. William is currently serving as the Head of Corporate Law at ImmunoGen, Inc. Prior to this, they held the role of Assistant General Counsel, Business Transactions at Ipsen from February 2020 to November 2021. Before Ipsen, they worked at Novartis, where they held various senior legal counsel positions, including General Legal, Business Development & Licensing, and M&A. William began their career as an Attorney at Hogan Lovells in 2004. In addition to their corporate experience, they have also served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Beacon Hill Nursery School.

William Miller attended Princeton University from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. William then enrolled at Vanderbilt University Law School from 2001 to 2004, obtaining a Doctor of Law degree (JD).
