Cassidy Papia has a diverse work experience in various industries. Cassidy started their career as a Veterinary Assistant at Millstone Veterinary Clinic in 2012, where they gained valuable skills in patient care, inventory management, and client communication. In 2016, they furthered their veterinary experience by working as a Veterinary Assistant at Springfield Animal Hospital.

In 2017, Cassidy transitioned to a research role as a Research Assistant II at Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth. During their time there, they performed multiplexed assays, followed SOPs, maintained laboratory standards, and analyzed data for report distribution. Cassidy also presented their findings to supervisors on a weekly basis.

In 2019, Cassidy joined the University of Mississippi Medical Center as a Researcher III. Here, they performed genotyping, DNA and RNA isolation, quality control, and PCR at the Genomics Core facility. Cassidy also handled inventory management and supplies ordering.

Currently, Cassidy is working at Immusoft as a Senior Research Associate, a role they assumed in January 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Research Associate II at the same company since June 2021. Within this role, they are an in-house expert of CliniMACS instruments and is responsible for laboratory supplies, operations, and equipment maintenance. Cassidy also develops and maintains cell banks with stability reporting.

Cassidy Papia completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology at Clarkson University from 2011 to 2014. Cassidy then pursued further education at Tufts Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Infectious Disease and Global Health from 2015 to 2016.
