Nidhi Covarrubias

Nidhi Covarrubias has extensive work experience in customer success and project management roles. Nidhi currently works at Immuta as a Principal Customer Success, overseeing a portfolio of enterprise clients and implementing customer-centric strategies. Prior to this, they were the Director of Customer Success, West at Delphix, responsible for driving usage, adoption, renewals, expansions, and advocacy for both enterprise and emerging customers. Nidhi also held the position of Director of Customer Success, TIBCO Reward at TIBCO, where they managed loyalty/reward programs for top strategic clients and led a team of high-performing customer success managers. Additionally, Nidhi has experience in consulting project management at UCSF, technical program management/project management at Apple, senior project management at Agilera, and application development at Cisco.

Nidhi Covarrubias holds a BS degree in Computer Engineering from California State University-Sacramento.
