The Human Resources & Employee Relations team at ImOn Communications is responsible for managing employee well-being, fostering internal communications, and ensuring workplace safety. Led by the Director of Human Resources, the team includes an Internal Communications Specialist who facilitates effective communication within the company, and an Employee Health, Safety & Wellness Manager who oversees programs to promote employee health and safety. Together, they work to support employee engagement, enhance workplace culture, and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
