Hans Kristian Aas

Hans Kristian Aas has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Hans Kristian started their career in 2006 with a summer job at Volvo Aero Corporation. Later, they joined Accenture in 2008 and held the position of Senior Manager | FutureTech lead. In this role, they were responsible for leading the Nordic FutureTech team and serving as the Norwegian Tech Advisory lead for Financial Services. Hans Kristian also played a key role in Financial Services AI leadership in Europe and Latin America. During their time at Accenture, Hans Kristian worked on several projects, including AI implementation in a Nordic bank, virtual agent implementation in a Nordic insurance company and a global consumer finance bank, RPA Quality Assessment for a large global bank, and CRM implementation for a Norwegian savings bank, among others.

In 2018, Hans Kristian took on multiple roles at different companies. Hans Kristian became the CEO powered by NEW at casi.auto and a Partner and Business Developer at NEW & Company. Hans Kristian also served as the owner of Captelligent AS and a board member at ZTL Payment Solution. Additionally, in 2019, they became the Special Advisor powered by NEW at Hi Tech Mobility AS and the Chairman of NEW Labs, an AI company specializing in data-driven problem-solving and innovative product development.

In 2020, Hans Kristian joined Neuron Solution as a board member, and in 2022, they became a board member at Vandre AS.

Throughout their career, Hans Kristian Aas has gained extensive experience in AI, virtual agent implementation, RPA, CRM implementation, and digital strategy. Hans Kristian has worked with various companies in the financial services, insurance, consumer finance, and energy sectors, among others.

Hans Kristian Aas obtained their Master's degree in Business Administration and Economics with a focus on Strategy and Leadership from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) from 2003 to 2008. In 2008, they also pursued an MBA from Dalhousie University, specializing in Business.
