Minh Nguyen

Minh Nguyen has extensive work experience in the mortgage industry. Starting in 2004, they worked as an Account Manager at Encore Credit, where they processed subprime loans and worked with underwriting and appraisal departments. From 2008 to 2011, Minh worked as a Closer at REO World, analyzing contracts and documentation and ensuring compliance with guidelines. In 2012, they joined Greenlight Financial Services as a Closing Coordinator/Processor, responsible for investigating loan applications and identifying red flags. From 2013 to 2015, Minh worked as a QC Auditor at Nationstar Mortgage, conducting quality control on loan transactions and using various tools to identify potential fraud. From 2015 to 2019, they held the position of QC Manager at loanDepot, overseeing quality control operations. Currently, Minh is serving as the VP of Loan Quality at Impac Mortgage Corp.

Minh Nguyen obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English from UC Irvine between 1999 and 2003. Later, they pursued another Bachelor of Arts degree emphasizing in English and Comparative Literature at the University of California, Berkeley.
