Madison Ashman

Madison Ashman is currently a Grant & Database Specialist at IMPACT, Inc. in Milwaukee, WI, since February 2023. Previously, Madison served as a Private Tutor at YOUnique Minds Tutoring from April 2020 to May 2024, and as a Loaned Executive with United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County from August 2022 to February 2023. Madison's prior experience includes a role as the Science Department Manager at Milwaukee Public Schools, where key achievements involved enhancing student proficiency in Science scores and implementing an intervention that significantly improved ACT performance. Madison also worked as a Secondary Science Teacher, supporting diverse students in subjects like Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. As a Corps Member with Teach For America from June 2018 to May 2020, Madison focused on improving educational outcomes in the community. Madison holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Indiana University Bloomington and a Master of Education in Secondary Science Education from Alverno College.
