Annie Jay

Annie Jay has extensive experience in operations and recruitment, currently serving as Operations Manager at Impact Advisors since June 2014. Prior experience includes the role of Virtual Recruiting Manager at Ball State University Graduate School, where Annie orchestrated over 20 information sessions and managed communications for 2,000 prospective students annually. Additional internships at Madison County Council of Governments and Mp2 Planning, LLC, involved urban planning and community engagement projects, contributing to developmental plans and promoting public awareness. Annie holds a Master's degree in Information and Communication Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning and Development from Ball State University.
