Joe Polaris is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and technology, currently serving as Managing Director at Impact Advisors. Previously, Joe held various leadership roles, including Head of Platform Product at GeneDx and Senior Vice President of Product & Tech at R1 RCM. Joe's expertise also extends to board membership at Tonic for Health and experience as a partly stay-at-home dad through the venture Little Ivy Polaris. Joe Polaris earned a Bachelor of Science in Cellular and Molecular Biology from Dartmouth College and an MBA with a focus on Healthcare from the Yale School of Management.
