Luke Saljian

Luke Saljian is currently a Director at Impact Advisors, having joined the company in August 2023. Prior experience includes working as an Implementation Consultant at Utmost from January 2022 to July 2023, and as Associate Director, Technology Solutions (Workday) at CrossCountry Consulting from March 2021 to January 2022. Luke held various roles at KPMG US, including Manager of Enterprise Solutions Workday, from July 2019 to March 2021, and served multiple positions at Workday from August 2011 to February 2019, culminating as Principal Consultant. Prior to their technology career, Luke gained leadership experience as a Community Service Officer Supervisor in the University Police Department at Cal Poly State University from March 2008 to June 2011. Luke holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from California Polytechnic State University and completed the Human Capital Management Program at Cornell University in 2016.
