Radhika Khurana

Radhika Khurana is currently the Chief People Officer at Impact Analytics. Prior to this, they worked at Standard Chartered Bank from July 2005 to December 2011, where they held the position of Director. During their time at Standard Chartered Bank, they worked in Stressed Assets, Risk, Credit and Branch Banking. From January 2012 to July 2018, they were a Co-Founder and Entrepreneur. In this role, they excelled in a series of assignments and pioneered the launch of India's first sports management firm dedicated to water sports training and leisure. Prior to their work in the banking industry, Radhika Khurana held positions at Bank of America, Credit Agricole, Credit Suisse, and Citibank from May 1996 to June 2005.

Radhika Khurana went to the Indian School of Business for their MBA in Leadership Change Management. Before that, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Finance at Bryant University in the United States.

Radhika Khurana reports to Prashant Agrawal, CEO. They are on a team with Prithvik Kankappa - Chief Operating Officer, Sulabh Jain - Managing Director & Lead, Customer Implementations, and Stephanie Jasinski - Executive Director & Lead, Retail Accounts.
