Robin Young

Robin Young is an experienced operations manager currently working at ImPACT Applications, Inc., since October 2022, focusing on data structures to enhance customer experience effectiveness and efficiency. Previously, Robin served as a customer support manager at Metro Esports and worked as a video editor at both Kanerani Marketing Agency and TTEC. Additionally, Robin held various roles at Ithaca College, including president of Ithaca College Esports and a student assistant in dining services. Early career experience includes working as a prep cook at AMC Theatres. Robin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Cinematography and Film/Video Production from Ithaca College.
