Claire is a strategic and creative communications professional with over 15 years of diverse experience across corporate, financial, technology and consumer public relations. She has led integrated communications campaigns across the Middle East and Europe for some of the world’s most exciting brands including Amazon, IKEA, LinkedIn, BMW, Toyota and HSBC.
Her responsibilities have included creating, leading and driving award-winning PR programmes focusing on the consistent delivery of effective campaigns that drive results in-line with business objectives. Her areas of expertise include destination management and corporate positioning and she prides herself on continuously providing fresh thinking on behalf of her clients.
Claire joined Impact Porter Novelli in September 2018 to lead the agency’s corporate business which includes clients such as Al-Futtaim Group, IKEA, Amazon and Miral. Today she leads the Dubai office with a focus on brand strategy and planning, reputation management, business development and talent management as well as providing strategic counsel across all clients.
Prior to joining Impact Porter Novelli, Claire worked at Edelman Middle East where she headed up the Corporate Practice, leading a team of eight that covered industries including automotive, corporate and financial services, representing brands such as BMW, LinkedIn and RSA Insurance. She moved to the region in 2013, working at APCO Worldwide for three years on corporate and government mandates including Masdar, DIFC and Meraas.
Claire started her career in London at global PR agency Text100, leading international integrated communications campaigns across the EMEA region for consumer technology and b2c brands including SanDisk, Nokia, Lenovo and AMD.
