Hanna Lentz

Hanna Lentz serves as the Executive Director at SPARC - Supporting People and Animal Relationships for Change, starting January 2024. Prior to this role, Hanna has been a longstanding Board Member and Founding Partner at Impact by Design, Inc., contributing to the organization's operational management and strategic growth since 2016. Experience includes serving as a Member of the Conservation Coaches Network and Trainer/Senior Fellow for the Environmental Leadership Program between 2013 and 2016, where Hanna facilitated training focused on leadership and system thinking. Previous positions with IFAW from 2010 to 2016 involved managing international programs and operations across over 40 countries, focusing on companion animal initiatives and community-driven projects. Educational background includes a Global MBA from IE Business School, a Master's in Animals and Public Policy from Tufts University, and a Bachelor's degree in English from the University of Michigan.
