Laurie Motyka

Laurie Motyka is the current Senior Director of Events at Impact. Laurie has over fifteen years of experience in marketing and event management.

Laurie started their career in marketing at PowerSchool, where they led a team of subject matter experts and was responsible for product direction and customer experience for multiple digital brands. In November 2019, Laurie transitioned to Schoology as the Director of Field Marketing.

At Schoology, Laurie was responsible for the end-to-end management of the company's largest yearly marketing spend - Schoology NEXT, a leading education technology national user conference. Working closely with the executive team, Laurie aligned marketing budget to business objectives and managed the execution of a broad set of field marketing channels.

In November 2021, Laurie transitioned to their current role as Senior Director of Events at Impact. In this role, Laurie is responsible for planning and executing all events for Impact, a global leader in event marketing solutions. Laurie's experience and expertise ensures that all events are executed flawlessly and deliver on objectives.

Laurie Motyka completed their undergraduate education at LIM College, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree.
