Lisa Riolo

Lisa Riolo is the Founder of Lisa Riolo Consulting, established in September 2006, where a focus on business development, marketing, operations, and advisory services is maintained. Riolo also serves as Co-Founder and Executive Advisor at impact.com since January 2008 and Co-Founder at Workzones since January 2012. Previous roles include Strategic Advisor at Proven Performance Group from 2016 to 2019, EVP of Customer Experience at CJ Affiliate by Conversant for a brief period in 2015, and VP of Services & Customer Success at Invoca from 2014 to 2015. Earlier career highlights include SVP of Business Development at Commission Junction, Area Manager at Peet's Coffee & Tea, and AVP of Customer Sales & Service Manager at Bank of America. Riolo earned a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Claremont McKenna College in 1987.
