Vincent Gradt

Vincent Gradt, CFA is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Impact Earth Ltd, a company dedicated to impact investing. Prior to this role, Vincent served as the CEO of Mirova Natural Capital / Mirova UK Ltd, where Vincent managed various impact investment strategies. Vincent also held positions at Leap Philanthropy, as an Executive Director and Senior Investment Advisor, as well as at AXA Investment Managers, where Vincent was the Head of Impact & Thematic Investing. Vincent has a background in investment analysis and management, with experience at companies such as AXA and Groupe Caisse des Dépôts. Vincent is a graduate of ESSEC Business School.
